Privacy notice

Controller

Tempo is a project operated by sinx. For any questions about this notice, write to hola@mgdc.site.

What data we store

• Account: your email address. The password is managed by Supabase Auth; we never see it.
• Usage: tasks, focus blocks, pomodoros, breaks and summaries you create in the app.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent to limit abuse and protect the service.
• Payments: when Pro is available, Polar processes the payment. We do not store card data.

Data in your browser

If you use Tempo without an account, your tasks and blocks are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB). That information does not leave your device until you log in and choose to sync it. You can delete it by clearing site data.

What we use it for

• Create and maintain your account.
• Save your progress and show your statistics.
• Send verification and password recovery emails.
• Protect the service against abuse and automation.
• Charge for Pro, when it is available.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to operate the service, which process data on our behalf:

• Supabase (self-hosted on our own infrastructure): authentication and database.
• Cloudflare: hosting and bot verification (Turnstile).
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Upstash: request limits.
• Polar: payments and billing for Pro.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and store your preferences in the browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Retention

We keep your account data while it exists. If you delete your account, we remove your email and associated data, except what we must keep for legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@mgdc.site. You can also delete local information from your browser at any time.

Minors

Tempo is not intended for children under 13. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we may delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes significantly, we will let you know in the app or by email. The last updated date appears above.
